I am a qualified Sports therapist gaining my degree at Northampton University, I have over 12 years worth of experience in the industry. I am fortunate enough to be able to work with a wide variety of clients ranging from professional sports people to those needing support in day to day activities. I am passionate about both the massage side of a treatment and equally the use of exercise as part of ongoing treatments plans that can be highly beneficial to your recovery.

My interest outside of the clinic is anything water based or that is going to challenge me physically. I have taken part in the tall ships challenge where I was lucky enough to race across the Atlantic. More recently I have taken part in an ultra marathon swim covering the length of Ulswater in the Lake District; as well as completing four Hyrox events.
